Karrier Panel

KarrierPanel Barrier Wall System

KarrierPanel is a cost-effective universal barrier wall alternative solution to traditional multi-component wall systems. KarrierPanel utilizes Kingspan’s fully engineered KarrierRail to securely and safely transmit loads from a wide range of façade options to the structural supports behind the insulated panel.

KarrierPanels can now be equipped with QuadCore™ Technology, Kingspan’s next generation self-blended hybrid insulation core.

Our top-of-the-line QuadCore insulation is now an option on all KarrierPanels, in addition to the standard PIR core option.

Our KarrierPanel series:

  • Allows for faster building close-in and dry-in for reduced building costs
  • Eliminates thermal-bridging energy losses associated with standard stud/cavity insulation construction
  • Reduces delays in construction experienced with scheduling multiple trades
  • Brick Ties can also be integrated to combine the look of masonry with the benefits of an insulated metal panel
  • GREENGUARD Gold Certified
  • Certified material transparency and disclosure (QuadCore only)
  • Red List Free classification (QuadCore only)
